City of Calgary bylaw #40M2006, Schedule E (pg. 49) permits window cleaning by licensed businesses during Stage 4 water restrictions.​

Window cleaning by hand is very water-efficient. Our crew uses an average of five gallons of water in a full day of window cleaning.
