Seasonal and Permanent Positions Available

Work Hours - M-F, 8-10 hours/day

As a Window Cleaning Tech you will carry out duties such as cleaning windows of various heights, cleaning gutters, and power washing. You will work with your crew lead and team to provide an amazing customer experience for our clients.

Qualifications

Eisses Windows is looking for highly motivated and reliable individuals who meet the following:

Physical fitness and dexterity: able to lift and carry heavy ladders, able to do fine cleaning detail work with a squeegee, able to work hard for 10+hrs/day
Personable, polite, and honest
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Experience in window cleaning or related field is an asset but not required
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Benefits

Entry-level (no experience) starts at $20/hr + tips & bonuses
Applicants with prior experience in window cleaning start can make upwards of $25/hr +tips & bonuses

Training provided
OT pay (1.5x) after 8 hrs every day
