Eisses Windows is hiring reliable, hard-working Technicians and Crew Leads to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role delivering high-quality residential and commercial services while representing a well-established, professional company.

You work with a crew, follow clear systems, and are expected to produce consistent, top-tier results. Training is provided—prior experience is helpful but not required.

 

Compensation & Perks

• $20–$38/hour including performance bonuses and tips

• Consistent seasonal hours (typically 30–50+ hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential and light commercial window cleaning (interior & exterior)

• Gutter cleaning and pressure washing

• Working safely on ladders and at heights

• Interacting professionally with homeowners and clients

• Following checklists, safety procedures, and quality standards

 

You Are

• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable

• Detail-oriented and take pride in quality work

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems

 

Requirements

• 40+ hours/week availability during May-August

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• High school education or equivalent

• No prior window cleaning experience required
