Eisses Windows is hiring a reliable, highly organized Office Manager to run the day-to-day office operation of our growing home-services business. This is a customer-facing, systems-driven role that keeps communication, scheduling, and internal coordination running smoothly.

You are the hub between customers, crews, and management. You work within clear systems, follow established processes, and are trusted to make good decisions independently. Training is provided—prior office or admin experience is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering phones, emails, and messages from customers

• Booking, rescheduling, and confirming service appointments

• Keeping schedules accurate and organized in our CRM

• Ensuring crews have clear job details before arriving on site

• Resolving scheduling issues and customer concerns calmly and professionally

• Maintaining clean, accurate client and job records

 

You Are

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Calm under pressure and able to handle interruptions

• Confident using computer systems and following structured processes

• Reliable, accountable, and professional

 

Requirements

• Availability for full-time hours

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prior administrative, office, or customer service experience

• Reliable internet and home workspace
